The Central Pinal Justice Court is presided by Justice of the Peace Brett Eisele. If you have a hearing in Judge Eisele’s court them make sure you arrive early! He literally starts hearings to the minute listed on the summons. Meaning, if your hearing is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. and you arrive at 9:02 a.m., your case will have already been dismissed. Most judges in Arizona–in all court systems–will wait at least 5 minutes (if not more) before dismissing the case.
